The German club earned a place in final at Wembley 2-0 on aggregate.

The visitors put up a resolute defensive display in the game.

Matt Hummels scored the winning goal five minutes after the break.

The experienced centre-back rose highest to head home Julian Brandt’s corner.

PSG hit the post four times in the second half through Warren Zaire-Emery, Nuno Mendes, Kylian Mbappe and Vitinha.

Dortmund will face either Real Madrid or Bayern Munich in the final on June 1.
