Tottenham are beginning to make recruitment plans as a terrible season draws to an end.
Vinai Venkatesham – who Daniel Levy has just appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – has a tough job on his hands, with plenty of uncertainty at Tottenham right now.
Ange Postecoglou could be sacked as Spurs sit 15th in the Premier League – and some big names could leave with the Australian, such as Richarlison, who is wanted by Saudi Pro League sides.
Incomings will also be imperative if Tottenham are to improve – and talks have now been opened with Eintracht Frankfurt regarding Kaua Santos.
Tottenham in discussions about Kaua Santos
Sport Bild in Germany are now claiming that Tottenham were left very impressed by how the Brazilian performed against them last week, as Spurs and Eintracht Frankfurt played out a 1-1 draw in the first leg of the UEFA Europa League quarter-final.
Santos made several fine saves – five in total, all from shots inside the box – and also completed seven long range passes on an impressive night in between the sticks.

Sport Bild state that Johan Lange – Technical Director at Tottenham – immediately began talks with Eintracht Frankfurt about the South American after witnessing his performance, although the German news outlet claim that Manchester United did likewise, as Andre Onana and Altay Bayindir struggle.
Santos only recently signed a new contract which runs until June 2030, and as a result, Eintracht Frankfurt value the glovesman at €60m (£50m).
Rumour suggests Spurs are starting to doubt Guglielmo Vicario
Tottenham already have a recognised No.1 in Guglielmo Vicario, although this story suggests Spurs may be starting to have doubts.
The Italian noticeably struggled during the 4-2 defeat at Wolves on Sunday, as his weak clearance led Rayan Ait-Nouri to put the Old Gold ahead, before he then punched the ball onto Djed Spence to cause an own goal.
Vicario annoyed Tottenham fans with his performance – so it can’t be ruled out that Spurs felt the same, and are already making checks on potential replacements.
