Bologna defender, Riccardo Calafiori has revealed that he had to maintain a high level of concentration in a bid to stop Super Eagles defender, Victor Osimhen from scoring in Saturday’s Serie A game.

Recall that Bologna defeated Napoli 2-0 at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona, to brighten their chances of qualifying for the Champions League.

Calafiori was almost on the neck of the Nigerian international each time he’s with the ball.

He was reduced Osimhen with few touches on the ball for the entire 90 minutes.

Although Osimhen was fouled in the penalty box but Napoli failed to net from the resulting spot kick.

Reacting after the game, Calafiori told DAZN via Napoli Magazine that he had to keep an eye on Osimhen.

“We are playing a very good match, we have to stay like this and I also have to maintain concentration against Osimhen who is really annoying.”
