Troy Parrott has enjoyed an exceptional loan spell in the Netherlands after leaving Tottenham Hotspur last summer.

The 22-year-old hadn’t exactly pulled up any trees during spells at Preston North End, Ipswich Town and Millwall beforehand.

His spell at MK Dons during the 2021-22 campaign proved to be a successful one but after a difficult season at Preston, where he netted just four times, Troy Parrott has starred in the Eredivisie this season.

The Tottenham striker bagged 14 goals and provided five assists in 31 appearances for Excelsior and recently admitted his desire to make it at Spurs.

Now, the Lilywhites are reportedly looking to send another talented youngster on loan to a Dutch or Belgian side this summer.

Tottenham want to send Luka Vuskovic back out on loan

Luka Vuskovic signed for Spurs for a £12 million fee last summer as Tottenham beat Manchester City to the youngster’s signature.

The 17-year-old will officially join Spurs in 2025 after spending the season on loan at Polish outfit Radomiak.

According to Weszlo, Tottenham are keen for the Croatian starlet to head to Holland or Belgium next season.

It’s claimed that this is due to ‘GBE points’ – which determine a player’s eligibility to play in the Premier League.

The outlet notes that Vuskovic must move to a ‘stronger league’ to cross the required threshold of 15 points.

Despite being just 17 years of age, Vuskovic has featured regularly in the Ekstraklasa at centre-back. 

The talented defender racked up 14 appearances this term, scoring three times and providing one assist in the process.

Vuskovic has also been labelled an ‘exceptional’ talent, with Hajduk Split legend Zoran Zulic claiming the defender is similar to Manchester City star Josko Gvardiol. 

Spurs seem to have a top talent on their hands here and it would make sense to step Vuskovic up a level next season.

The youngster will arrive at Tottenham in 2025 and a season in the Dutch league would only benefit his development.
