Serie A giants Milan are currently not interested in the possibility of making Antonio Conte their next manager in the summer.

Stefano Pioli’s future at the club is all but sealed and the Rossoneri have been linked with a host of names. The club seemed keen on Julen Lopetegui but protests from the club’s fans online made sure that Milan backed away from pursuing the Spaniard’s signature and they have moved onto other names.

Conte has been linked with Milan in recent weeks but it doesn’t seem as if the Rossoneri interested. Alfredo Pedulla (via CN24) has reported that while Napoli have stopped short in their potential move for the Italian, Milan aren’t interested in him -yet. Napoli’s most valid solution currently is Stefano Pioli, who will be offered a contract once his Milan deal is terminated.

Napoli have also been linked with the likes of Gian Piero Gasperini and Vincenzo Italiano. But now that Conte doesn’t tickle even Milan’s fancy, it would be interesting to see where he ends up.
