France’s Youssouf Fofana has seen his side get knocked out of EURO 2024 at the hands of Spain but it seems as if he might just earn a big move to Serie A giants Milan.
The Rossoneri have been looking to improve in midfield and Fofana has been linked with the former Scudetto winners for some weeks now and it seems as if Alvaro Morata isn’t the only player that Milan are nearing a move for.
Gianluca di Marzio has reported that Milan are getting close to signing Fofana as well as positive contact was made between the two parties. An agreement over personal terms is close after recent contact and a five-year deal has been offered to the midfielder.
There is a small gap between the wage demanded by the player and what Milan are offering, but it is expected to be agreed soon. After that, talks will be held with Monaco and they value the player at €25 million but the Rossoneri are confident that they can sign him for less.
