Messi made his first start for his new club following his sensational debut, where he scored a stunning last-minute winner.

He captained his team against Atlanta United, with A-list celebrities in attendance to watch the seven-time Ballon d’Or winner.

Singer and songwriter Camila Cabello watched on not to mention DJ Khaled, who had his son, Asahd Khaled, walk out with Messi.

DJ Khaled and Messi shared a warm embrace in the tunnel before the two teams entered the pitch.

The rapper then introduced his little boy to the superstar forward, with the pair walking out.

The 47-year-old can be seen running back to his suite to see his son with Messi.

But the occasion got to Asahd, who was reduced to tears as the two sides lined up.

Asahd, though, put on a brave front and waved to his father, with Messi brilliantly comforting the young lad.

As for the match, the World Cup winner produced another blistering showing as he bagged a brace in Inter Miami’s 4-0 win over Atlanta United.

He opened the scoring in the eighth minute after tucking home his rebounded shot from the post.

The Argentine then scored his second of the game when Robert Taylor cut it back to him in the box.

Taylor got on the score-sheet himself, with the 36-year-old providing an assist for his second strike.

Three goals and an assist for Messi in his first two games for Inter Miami. Not a bad way to start life in America.
