Lagos State Governor Sanwo-Olu to Host Super Eagles at Send-Forth Dinner Ahead of AFCON 2023

Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu is set to host a special dinner on Tuesday night for the Super Eagles before their departure for the 34th Africa Cup of Nations in Cote d’Ivoire.

The event, co-hosted by Sports Development Minister Senator John Owan Enoh, will feature dignitaries such as other state governors and football officials.

The 25 players selected for the tournament will be in attendance, arriving in Lagos on a chartered aircraft on Tuesday evening.

NFF President Musa Gusau expressed gratitude to Governor Sanwo-Olu for hosting the event, and the team is expected to depart for Abidjan on Wednesday morning.
