Juventus Star Vlahovic will Remain in Turin to Prepare For Milan Clash

Juventus star Dusan Vlahovic has withdrawn from international duty with Serbia and will thus prepare for the AC Milan game in Turin. The striker is struggling with a back issue, but should be available for the big clash. 

The 23-year-old, who has scored four goals this season, was initially called up by Serbia but has been forced to turn down the invitation. As reported by Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanPress), he will remain in Turin to recover from a back problem.

Vlahovic is not expected to miss the big game against Milan and the break has thus come at a good time for him. As for the Rossoneri, the likes of Rade Krunic and Loftus-Cheek are expected to be back from injuries.

Mike Maignan and Theo Hernandez will be suspended for the game, though, and that is indeed a blow for Stefano Pioli’s men. In any case, it should be a very exciting fixture underneath the floodlights of a sold-out San Siro.
