Serie A giants Juventus set sights on Bologna’s Joshua Zirkzee for a summer transfer.

According to a report by Giovanni Albanese of La Gazzetta dello Sport, Juventus’ sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli wants to land the signature of Bologna forward Joshua Zirkzee this summer and is working cautiously to materialise it. 

The Bianconeri are set for a reshuffle in the squad for next season as Massimiliano Allegri is expected to leave the club. The team is visioned to be set up in a 4-2-3-1 formation, where Zirkzee is predicted to play as an under-striker behind Dusan Vlahovic. However, a two-striker formation is also on the cards, with both forwards complementing each other.

Juventus are aware that the competition for the Dutchman is going to be fierce and they are working to offload Arkadiusz Milik and Moise Kean to make some room in the attacking department. Giuntoli wants to approach the negotiations with adequate resources to prevent getting outbid by competitors.
