CARRIER:
IGNATIUS CHISOM UMEH is a professional Nigerian footballer who has participated in various grassroots competitions, including Kaduna Yoca League, Abuja State League, Abuja Amac Unity Cup, Enugu State League, and Anambra Community Cup, and has won numerous individual and team awards, including highest assist, best player of the tournament, and so on. I started playing football at a young age in elementary school. Although my father was a football aficionado who represented my village in several grassroot tournaments in his childhood, it became increasingly difficult for me to play as I grew older cause my mother, on the other hand, dislikes football and prefers that I attend school. I had to play on the streets of Kaduna and eventually left home to chase my ambition of playing at the highest level. I aspire to make it to the big stage one day and show everyone that hard effort pays off.
