It is all rosy for Liverpool right now, but like all big clubs who keep an eye on the future, the Merseyside outfit are looking for players to sign to further strengthen their squad, including Murillo of Nottingham Forest.

One of the players Liverpool are showing interest in is Fulham left-back Antonee Robinson.

TBR reported this week that Liverpool want to sign Robinson from Fulham and could offer Kostas Tsimikas as a makeweight in any potential deal. The Cottagers value the left-back at £40 million.

Robinson came through the ranks at Everton, but the USA international left-back failed to establish himself in the first team.

Now at Fulham, the USA international left-back is flourishing. He ranks sixth in the list of Premier League players with most tackles this season with 33.

Robinson has given three assists in 11 Premier League matches for Fulham this campaign, and Newcastle United legend Alan Shearer has included him in his Premier League Team of the Season so far.

Shearer wrote about Robinson on PremierLeague.com: “The left-back has been terrific, providing three assists and thriving in 1v1 duels with some of the Premier League’s best wide players.”

Darren Bent also impressed with Liverpool target Antonee Robinson

Former Tottenham Hotspur striker and talkSPORT pundit Darren Bent has also been impressed with Robinson this season.

In October, Bent included the 27-year-old USA international left-back in his Premier League Team of the Season so far.

The pundit said on talkSPORT: “Left-back, I am going Antonee Robinson for Fulham. “I think he has been brilliant, that pace going up and down forward.

“Fulham have got off to a really good start. I am putting him in the team. Antonee Robinson – two assists.”
