Moses Simon in Talks for Contract Renewal with Ligue 1 Side Nantes

Nigerian forward Moses Simon is engaged in discussions with Ligue 1 side Nantes regarding a contract extension, according to reports from TalkFooty.com.ng.

Simon’s existing contract is set to expire next summer, and amid interest from various French clubs, including Olympique Lyon and Lille, Nantes is actively pursuing a renewal to secure his services.

Foot Mercato reports that the negotiations for a new deal with the 28-year-old player are currently at an advanced stage.

Moses Simon initially joined the former Ligue 1 champions on loan from the Spanish club Levante at the beginning of the 2019/20 season.

The move was later made permanent the following season. Over his time at Nantes, he has contributed with 20 goals in 106 league appearances.
