Raphael Varane’s Manchester United contract is set to expire at the end of this season, not in 2025 as previously thought, according to sources.

While the deal has a 12-month extension option, if unused, Varane could become a free agent as early as June.

Despite his high-profile arrival in 2021, Varane’s future at Old Trafford is uncertain.
