The People’s Elephant put an end to their run of seven league games without a win.

Joseph Atule gave Enyimba the lead in first half added time.

The visitors equalised through Anas Yusuf two minutes before the hour mark.

Substitute Ideye fired home the winning goal in the 62nd minute.

It was the striker’s second goal in three appearances across all competitions for the Aba giants.

Enyimba moved to seventh position on the table with 27 points.

Nasarawa United remain bottom of the table following the defeat.
