Over the years, Aston Villa have donned plenty of iconic shirts. Their traditional home kit has been Claret and Blue for over a century.

Villa’s away kit often contrasts these colours with many jerseys opting to be white, with multiple third kits varying in design.

Here, TBR Football has attempted to make a prediction for when Villa will release each shirt for the 2024/25 campaign under Unai Emery.

When does the new Aston Villa home kit come out?

It is not yet clear when Villa will release their 2024/25 home shirt. The kit has typically been announced in late June to mid-July in recent years.

In the 2020s, the earliest release of the new home shirt came in their 2023/24 Premier League campaign when the club announced the jersey on June 22.

This year, there is hope that the home shirt will be released earlier after Villa announced their new manufacturing deal with adidas in late May. 

When does the new Aston Villa away kit come out?

It is not yet known when Aston Villa will release their 2024/25 away shirt. The kit has typically been announced in late July or early August.

In the 2020s, the earliest release of the new home shirt came in the 2022/23 campaign when the club announced the jersey on July 22. 

In the 2023/24 campaign, Villa wore a white away kit with sky-blue shorts.

When does the new Aston Villa third kit come out?

It is not yet known when Aston Villa will release their 2024/25 away shirt. The kit has typically been announced in late August or September.

In the last three seasons, Villa’s third kit has been announced on either August 25 or August 26. Therefore, fans may be able to draw predictions on its release based on these dates. 

In the 2023/24 campaign, Villa wore a blue kit that had a blend of multiple contemporary graphic trends with matching shorts.
